CLASSES

Choose one of the following or teach a class not listed!

TEACH (2), 1-HOUR FITNESS CLASSES PER DAY​

Sandpiper Bay requires the following group fitness formats:
Cardio Class (Small group training, Interval Training, Boot Camp, HIIT) plus an Aqua Fitness or Zumba plus Aqua Zumba or Aqua Fitness.  Yoga / Pilates Mat Class.  Zumba, Caribbean Dance, Pound, Line Dance Class.  Or any similar fitness programs to the aforementioned fitness styles
•⁠  ⁠One land-based class plus one Aqua class ( HIIT + Aqua: Zumba + Aqua)
•⁠  ⁠Second position: Yoga or another mat-based class
•⁠  ⁠Third position: Zumba, Pound, Line Dancing, Caribbean Dance

This is a great option for instructors who plan to travel with their family., as you only need to pay $545 for your entire week-long stay. This all-inclusive offer provides an incredible opportunity to enjoy a relaxing and fulfilling vacation while you’re teaching, with everything covered for you at a fantastic price.

PLEASE NOTE:
Approved FVE Instructor may travel with 1 adult and two children 12 and under at no additional charge.  Families of 5 are also welcome, but the instructor would pay for the 3rd child and the upgrade to a family room.  The resort will quote the extra cost.

Exchange:

In exchange, the instructor will teach (2), 1-hour fitness classes per day at the times and locations designated by the resort.
