We will not pass on such data to third parties save where this is necessary for connection with the performance by us of our contract with you or as otherwise authorized by you. If you do not wish to receive our newsletters you can simply click on the appropriate unsubscribe button.

 

Information we collect

 

Your information will include details such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, fitness profile and related. Which, along with any travel preferences (including flights, accommodation, and travel preferences), special needs, dietary requirements, or as required for any booking you wish to make. This includes information gathered from you about other persons on your booking. This information is collected upon inquiry, any form of contact to us, or by booking an FVE. If you book an FVE and include other people, it is your responsibility to ensure that those people are aware of the content of our Privacy Policy.
We may disclose your information if it is obligatory to do so to fulfill your booking (we will send your profile description to the resort you choose). 

Once you send your application to Fitness Vacation Exchange you authorize us to send that information to the resort of your choosing so they can review your profile and approve or decline your application.  All the information provided in questionnaires & forms will be stored in a third partner Member Space.

 

Information about your use of our site including details of your visits such as pages viewed and the resources that you access. Such information includes traffic data, location data, and other communication data.

 

Use of Cookies

• When sending your application to become a member of Fitness Vacation Exchange  you also authorize Fitness Vacation Exchange to use the photos you provide for marketing purposes. They might be displayed in Fitness Vacation Exchange Social Media apps and websites with your consent.

Carriers are not responsible for any delays or undelivered messages.

No mobile information, including SMS data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. However, it's important to note that opt-in data and consent for text messaging will not be shared with any third parties.
